007: What is Creativity?

We all got into this business because of one fact, we’re creative. But what is creativity? And what happens when all the juices dry up?

In this week’s episode of the Vid Biz Podcast, I am talking about how I define creativity and avoiding the ruts of being uninspired:

- How avoid the comparison game, but be inspired instead;

- How sometimes we just need to “make stuff”;

- How it’s okay (and healthy) if we create something that we don’t get paid for.
